Balmbox was highly recommended by a friend who is also a cancer patient. The nail oil helped her with the pain the chemo caused in her nail beds/ cuticles. I wanted to be prepared just incase the same thing happens during my chemo treatments. I’m looking forward and have been using the nail oil and really like it.
My dear friend is now in 4th week of chemo for breast cancer. Hair loss and exhaustion has set in as well as the reality of a long fight ahead. I bought the box for my wife as a gift. She loved it, but she also wanted to buy more of the individual products she likes the most. It doesn’t look like that’s an option on the website. I highly recommend offering individual products for sale if at all possible. She didn’t want more of all the products in the box but would definitely have bought more individuals.

A success! This gift was sent to a friend who has just gone through cancer surgery dealing with her pancreas,liver and abdominal area. She said that the creams and lip balm have really helped her lips that were so dry and the area where the surgery was so and tender itchy. She told me she really liked the creams and they did make a difference. The fragrance was pleasant and it was such a welcomed gift. Love the bracelets too. I was worried because it was such serious surgery wasn’t sure the creams and other items would work but they did and I thank you for having such good products.

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. For international orders, shipping can take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

All orders placed before NOON CST are shipped on the same business day. All orders placed after NOON CST are shipped on the next business day. This means orders placed after NOON CST on Fridays are shipped on Monday.Please note, these days do not take holidays into account, which will delay shipping and delivery.

The Balm Box can ship some items internationally. We work through an international shipping partner, who does not allow us to ship food or essential oils. Therefore, we modified our core product line to follow those parameters. Furthermore, currently we are only able to ship to Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, and the European Union.
You can find our international product line here. Be sure to select the correct currency of the ship-to destination. Select currency from the drop down menu on the bottom left hand corner of the footer bar. Once the currency is selected, all available gift boxes will appear on the page. You must make your purchase in the currency of your shipment’s final destination. We know - it’s really wonky! But it’s the least-bad way we have to accommodate International orders for the time being. Thanks for your patience.

Of course! All gifts include a checkbox for an optional gift note. You can choose from the FREE Balm Box stationery, or one of our elegant Balm Box greeting cards for an extra $3.99.
If you already ordered your gift box and forgot to include a gift note but would like to add one, as long as your gift box has not left our warehouse, we are more than happy to add one in. Give us a call at +1.913.991.1048 any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and we’ll take care of it – no problem!
