FREE Ground Shipping on all domestic orders over $50

Order Processing

All orders placed before NOON CST on weekdays are fulfilled and shipped out on the same day. Please be aware that orders placed after noon on Fridays will be fulfilled no later than the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

The following domestic shipping methods are available:

FREE Ground Shipping for orders $50+ (Up to 7 business days)
Economy (Up to 7 business days)
Standard (Up to 3 business days)
Express (Up to 2 business days)

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS*. UPS does not count shipment order date or national holidays when calculating shipping time. For example: if you place an order before noon on MONDAY, and select Standard Shipping, your shipment will be delivered by end-of-day THURSDAY. If you placed the same order after noon on MONDAY, and select Standad Shipping, our shipment would be delivered by end-of-day FRIDAY. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii could take an additional 2 - 5 days for delivery and are subject to additional delivery fees.

*Please note: We prefer to ship packages via UPS whenever possible, however UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not provide efficient service delivery to rural areas, Alaska, and Hawaii. If you need to deliver to a P.O. Box, you MUST choose "Ground Shipping" or "FREE Ground Shipping" and your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Service. If you are shipping to a location outside UPS standard delivery areas, we may adjust your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail to ensure the most efficient delivery options.

We do not publish overnight shipping rates, but are happy to quote them as needed/requested. Reach out to us M-F from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST at 913.991.1048 and we can create a custom shipping order for you.

All International orders are shipped via DHL. Pricing and delivery timing are determined at checkout. We are unable to offer free ground shipping on any order being shipped outside the USA.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by order size, weight, and shipping location.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

Shipping during the Holidays

Our parners at UPS do NOT make deliveries on major US Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If you place an order near one of these days, be sure to add an extra day to your anticipated delivery timing.

Shipping Upgrades

If you would like to change your shipping method after you complete a transation, as long as your order has not been picked up by UPS or USPS we are happy to oblige.
