Product Substitutions

As a small and nimble business, we sometimes make minor cosmetic adjustments to ensure product availability. Suppliers and fabric colors and patterns of socks, blankets, pillows, tumblers, diffuser bracelets, and ice packs within any individual care package may vary. 

We make every effort to ensure each Balm Box is packed with exactly the same items featured in product images. However, we cannot guarantee product availability from other small venders. Therefore, on occasion, to ensure box availability we may need to substitute alternative brands of cosmetics, lotions, mints, mouthwash, and essential oils. Rest assured, all brands included in The Balm Box gift boxes must pass our strenuous purchase and review process. Any/all substitute products will always be of equal or greater value.
