The Balm Box offices and warehouse will be closed on the following days this season:

Thursday November 27th
Wednesday December 24th

Wednesday December 31st
Thursday January 1st

If you want a package to arrive by December 24th, we strongly reccomend shipping no later than:

Express or Standard: Noon CST, Friday December 19th
Ground: Noon CST, Friday December 12th

Our preferred shipping vendor is UPS. While UPS does their best to abide by their shipping delivery estimates, please know that no delivery dates are guaranteed. Below are our estimated shipping deadlines and delivery dates for orders shipping via UPS. Please note, all orders must be placed no later than NOON, CST on any below dates to line up with estimated delivery days.
